IJ - This 2-day course near Nelson was so worth it!! It definitely exceeded expectations - I would do it again. Laurie is such an experienced guide who was excellent at explaining and always made sure everyone was 'getting it', he was great at facilitating learning, entertaining and made the two days really enjoyable. JT - Beginners navigation is a great course. It was fun and Laurie is a great tutor, always ensuring you understood the concepts, you had fun and opened your eyes to what those squiggly contour lines on the small maps actually looked like when you were out there in amongst the hills.
